  1. Cookies

My website uses cookies. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit my site. Cookies do not cause any harm to your device and do not contain viruses, trojans, or other malicious software.

The cookie stores information that results from the specific device you are using. However, this does not mean that I will immediately know your identity.

The use of cookies serves, on the one hand, to make the use of my service more convenient for you. For example, I use session cookies to recognize that you have already visited certain pages of my website. These are automatically deleted after you leave my site.

In addition, I use temporary cookies to optimize user-friendliness, which are stored on your device for a specific period of time. When you visit my site again, it will automatically be recognized that you have already been here and which inputs and settings you made so that you do not need to enter them again.

On the other hand, I use cookies to statistically capture the use of my website and evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing my offering for you. These cookies enable me to recognize automatically on your next visit that you have already visited my site. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined time.

The data processed by cookies is necessary for the aforementioned purposes in order to protect my legitimate interests and those of third parties according to Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.

  1. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right:

  • According to Article 15 DSGVO, to request information about your personal data processed by me. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned retention period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if not collected by me, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about the details of this

  • According to Article 18 DSGVO, to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, provided that the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, but you oppose its deletion, and I no longer need the data but you require it for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or you have objected to the processing according to Article 21 DSGVO
  • According to Article 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to me in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller

  1. Right to Object

If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests according to Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data according to Article 21 DSGVO, provided that there are reasons related to your particular situation or if the objection is directed at direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which will be implemented by me without the need to specify a particular situation.

If you wish to exercise your right to object or revoke, an email to [mail@anna-papakon.com] will suffice.

  1. Data Security

I use the commonly used SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser when visiting the website. Typically, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, I instead use 128-bit v3 technology. Whether a particular page of my website is transmitted encrypted can be recognized by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.

I also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from accidental or deliberate manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. My security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
